A: Basic shipping is registered airmail internationally and within the USA delivery confirmed. Fed Ex is available for an additional fee.

A: Once you have chosen an item, select wing color and quantity, then add it to your Faerie Figurines cart and proceed to checkout.

How do you protect my credit card information?
A: Faerie Figurines is a secure e-commerce web site with all internet transactions conducted over the PayPal e-commerce gateway. PayPal transmits credit card transactions safely over the internet directly to banks for real-time authorisation. PayPal supports Visa MasterCard, debit and credit cards as well as debits direct from your nominated bank accounts. In addition we do not store credit card details anywhere on the internet or in our database. We do not see any credit card details except for the merchant’s banks ID. In addition we use very strong encryption (1,024-bit RSA & 128-bit RC4) provided by a Trusted Root Certificate Authority.

Is your website secure?
A: Faerie Figurines uses a combination of secure and non-secure webpages. None-secure web pages are used for general browsing, while secure web pages are used to transmit sensitive information such as credit card details or personal information. You can always check in the status bar of your web browser or in the ‘URL bar’ if you have entered a secure section of our website.
If you see a web address in the ‘URL bar’ of your browser that starts with https, you know that whatever data you enter (eg. credit card details, personal information, etc.) will be transferred securely to our server. This means that it is extremely unlikely that the information can be intercepted and used by a third party for illegal reasons.
A padlock symbol is also used in some browsers to indicate that you are viewing a secure page.

A: In order to serve you better, Faerie Figurines collects and stores your personal information when you create an customer account on Faerie Figurines.
